4 Inch Lift Kit with Front Coils, Rear Leaf Springs, and 4-Link Conversion Skyjacker

Skyjacker re-engineered the Super Duty's suspension via an impressive 4-Link Conversion. Replace your OEM radius arms with integrated radius arm drop brackets plus upper and lower adjustable control arms.

Formed from 2-inch OD x 0.188 wall DOM tubing, both pairs of control arms are adjustable Flex Links. The adjustability allows proper caster settings to improve handling.

Flex Links have a forked clevis end at the lower axle mount. The upper bracket mount has 1-1/4 inch forged rod end with Rubber Encased bushing.

Skyjacker's legendary Softride technology engineered processes achieve maximum wheel travel, ride quality and extends the long-lasting life of the coil spring. Skyjacker specifically engineered this Variable Rate Coil Spring for the F250 4WD Diesel to deliver a smoother ride.

An ultra heavy-duty track bar relocation bracket captures the front crossmember on both sides to prevent movement in this critical high-stress area and to keep the axle centered. The sway bar lowering brackets realign the front sway bar working angle to achieve maximum sway control.

Drop spacers reposition the front bump stops. Front brake line extension brackets correctly reposition the brake lines. A heavy-duty steering stabilizer relocation bracket corrects and enforces the stabilizer connection.

Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are individually shot-peened with hard steel pellets at very high velocities. Softride springs also have tapered leafs to distribute loads more evenly and to create more flex at the leaf ends. Teflon wear pads between leafs and bolt style spring clips prevent binding and eliminate friction.
