Burnt overdrive clutches are a thing of the past, utilizing custom billet QT100 reaction plates, longer Big Stack spline OD shaft, and 16 frictional surfaces. The TowMaster is built for tuned trucks and heavy towing, rated to 600 flywheel horsepower.

Important notes:

• Special tuning required for 2019-up applications for increased line pressure. BD specify TCM tuning only on 2019+ vehicles. Line pressure controller not included and not supported on this year range.
• A BD torque converter must be installed at the time of transmission installation. Use of a third party or OE converter will invalidate the transmission warranty.
• Remote filter required for warranty inspection, with cooler flow rate in GPM recorded at the oil/air transmission cooler outlet.
• Do not use the vehicle for heavy towing or hauling until 300 miles (480 km) of stop and go driving has elapsed to allow the computer to relearn the new transmission.
• No race or sled pull abuse covered under warranty.

No Core Return Required

This is a remanufactured unit. In North America it carries a core charge — a deposit you get back only by shipping your old unit to the manufacturer. Returning a core from Australia is not practical, so we have built that cost into the price and you keep your old unit. There is nothing to send back, no deposit to chase, and no surprise on the invoice. The price you see is the price you pay.
